We’re committed to eliminating plastics on our flower farm and experimenting best practices to invest in soil health. In this open bed, we trialed a cover crop of buckwheat lined with trailing nasturtium to reduce w**d pressure while our young plants have time to bulk up and grow. It worked pretty well overall and we’re looking forward to furthering our experiment in other beds! 🤓🌱🌸

Poppies! Truly one of our very favorite things we grow. There’s something so magical about their dainty, crepey blooms atop their strong wiry stems. We’re growing about 5x the quantity we did last year! 🌹

Spring flowers are officially loading y’all! We started tens of thousands of seeds months ago and have cared for them meticulously under Certified Naturally Grown standards. They all got to head outdoors and into the fields over the last weeks. We’ll start to see these babies bursting through early 2025 🌸

Harvest with us after a week of being out of town 👩🏼‍🌾🌽🌸Flower farming really began in the garden for us & still plays a huge part in everything we do. We learned lots of lessons in our first tiny backyard garden and have continued to incorporate those lessons into the grand scheme of the big farm!
