America is a tipping culture. Deciding not to tip, thinking that will change the culture, is a morally bankrupt action.

You are harming the people you are relying on, whether on a grocery delivery app or in a restaurant.

The tipping culture will not end until laws are passed to force companies to pay every employee a proper wage, which would result in a 25-30% rise in prices, with only 15-20% eventually making it into the pockets of employees, because of course businesses will want to increase profits as long as they’re raising prices.

If you don’t want to tip don’t use the services or move to Europe.
