Have you tried the newest addition to our menu?

Our new Blackened Shrimp Alfredo comes with fettucine tossed in our made to order Blackened Alfredo Sauce with juicy shrimp sautéed in garlic butter and blackened seasoning. This dish is served with garlic ciabatta bread and a side salad with one of our house-made dressings and is only available at dinner.

It's Brunch Time!!! Its time to come out and enjoy some sunshine and join us for our Sunday Brunch Buffet!

Today our soup of the day is Grandma's Burgoo and our Entree options on the buffet are our Panko Breaded Woodford Chicken and a Lemon Herb Baked Cod. The vegetable of the day is our Homestyle Green Beans with bacon and onion.

We also have all of our usual favorites: scrambled eggs, mini frittatas, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, french toast, potatoes, garden salad, cold salads, crudités, cheese and crackers, fresh fruit, and assorted desserts.

Join us on New Year's Eve to say goodbye to 2024! Choose between our Prime Rib with Horseradish Cream Sauce or a Braised Chicken Breast in White Wine Sauce with Cremini Mushrooms.

Our regular menu will not be available that evening, but we will have Pescatarian and Vegetarian Options available upon request. Please inquire about any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

Looking for something special to do on Christmas Eve? Come join us at the Woodford Inn for our Christmas Eve Dinner!

We will have a set Prix Fixe menu with your choice of Citrus Glazed Turkey Breast, Christmas Ham with Brown Sugar and Cloves, or both. Served with traditional Christmas accompaniments and our house-made Bourbon Bread Pudding for dessert. We will have Eggnog, Hot Cider, Hot Chocolate, and all of our specialty Holiday drinks available. Its also the perfect time to pick up some gift cards for those last minute Christmas gifts!

If you are planning on going to see The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe at our very own Woodford Theatre, join us for dinner (or brunch) and drinks beforehand! We have four custom cocktails designed to transport you to Narnia!

If you are planning on joining us, please call ahead and make a reservation so we can ensure we have availability and can give you a great experience. We recommend making a reservation between 5-5:30 for dinner and between 12-12:30 for brunch to ensure you have plenty of time to enjoy your meal before the show.

Just a reminder - The Woodford Inn will be CLOSED for Brunch today (December 1st). We will reopen for dinner on Tuesday, December 3rd, and will return to our normal Sunday Brunch next weekend on Sunday, December 8th.

The Woodford Inn will be closed for regular lunch/dinner/brunch service Thursday, November 28th - Sunday, December 1st and will reopen for dinner service at 5pm on Tuesday, December 3rd.

Our Thanksgiving Day buffet will be by reservation only and is almost entirely full. We have had a couple of cancellations for 2 person tables if anyone is still interested in joining us. Call us at 859-214-0450 to see about filling those spots.

Have you tried any of our new seasonal local beers?

If you're in the mood for something light and hoppy, we have a lovely hazy Pumpkin Spice IPA from Mirror Twin Brewing Co. If you prefer something mild and nutty, try the Walnut Brown Ale from Goodwood Brewing + Spirits. If you prefer something fruity, Country Boy Brewing has a lovely Cranberry Hard Cider. And for dessert, Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co. makes a delicious Maple Barrel Stout.

We still have Blue Stallion Brewing Company Oktoberfest on draft and a variety of other local craft beers on draft and in cans or bottles. Come visit Christa in the bar and try one or enjoy one with dinner!
