As most of you know, the winter months are usually not extremely popular for weddings. For this reason, I am now offering a different rate for wedding booked during November 2024 -March 2025. My 8+ hour packages will be $500 less during this time and then 4 hour coverage will be $300 less.

Also, I do have some availability during April - September 2025 but only one Saturday open in October. (Oct. 4, 2025)

I am so lucky to do what I love. 😊 Switching careers is scary. Even more so when you give up a guaranteed salary and summers off to create and grow your own business. I’m so thankful for brides who trust me with the biggest day of their lives to execute their plan and vision - whatever it entails. Tackling unexpected hurdles, learning and practicing new skills, determining when to pivot and go to plan B (sometimes C, D or E lol), meeting and working with new and unfamiliar vendors, making new business and personal connections, packing and unpacking what feels like a thousand bins of decor, doing more in a 24 hour period than I’ve ever done before - that’s what this past weekend was for me and I couldn’t have loved it more! Was it stressful at times? Yes. Was it a worth it? Also yes. Would I do it again? About this weekend. 🩷💗 2 couples 2 venues 166 guests 31 centerpieces 15+ planning hours 13+ prep and set up hours 6+ hours of driving 1 seventeen hour work day And TWO AMAZING WEDDINGS! 🥂 🎉 Congratulations to both of my couples this weekend. 👰🏻💍 🤵🏻 Amanda and Nic celebrated their day at wonderfully rustic Venue at Beagell Farms in Port Crane. 👰🏼‍♀️ 💐🤵🏻Krystina and Tim made the trip up to Ithaca from New Jersey to have their woodland wedding at the enchanting New Park Event Venue. Summer weddings so far!! 💗 ☀️

This past weekend was amazing. I was lucky enough to have been a part of not one, not two, but THREE weddings!! How did I do it you ask? With the help of other amazing vendors and proper scheduling. Here’s a glimpse into my last few days: Thursday (Day 1) - Pack up truck and deliver linens, furniture and signage to Emerson Park Pavilion in Auburn. Set up. Friday (Day 2) - Full day of on-site wedding management at Cayuga Shoreline for Lior and Graham. Set up client owned decor, manage timeline and assist vendors, run ceremony and queue reception events, take care of bride and groom. Saturday (Day 3) - Pack up truck and deliver decor items to Binghamton DoubleTree. Set up centerpieces with florist, set other table decor and signage, along with other client decor to complete the whole look. Sunday (Day 4) - Return to Binghamton DoubleTree to pack up and retrieve decor items. Monday (Day 5) - Return to Emerson Park Pavilion to collect linens, signage and furniture. 😅 Thank you to these amazing brides for allowing me to be a part of your special days! I had the nicest visit with Allie from A La Carte Decor in Athens, PA yesterday! I stopped by to pick up a few items I was renting from her for a wedding this weekend and we had the nicest chat. Her storefront is absolutely adorable and perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties or other intimate gatherings. Her linen closet is something from my dreams - literally; and, she’s even working on adding space downstairs for all of her amazing rentals. This business mogul of a woman is an inspiration!
