Pricing information:

Event designer! Let A TimelessEventz Suite bring your vision to life! I have an extensive inventory collection in many styles and colors. I provide the inventory, my team sets up/breaks down. Other items can be added to any decor package, if needed.

I do not have set packages, it is based on what is needed. Different venue's provide more than others. Example: some provide tablecloths, do not need chair covers, allow a longer set up time, etc. This ensures you are not paying for things you do not need. Quotes are venue specific, you must have your venue secured to receive a quote. For a quote please send me your date, if I am available, I will send you a list of questions needed for the quote. Your date is not officially booked until the Retainer Fee is received.

The way the our new process works:
1- Send me your date. I will check my availability, I only take on one event per day.

2- If I am available, I will send you the questions needed for a quote.

3- Send the questions back and I will send your customized quote back within 72 hours. $25 quote/consultation fee needs to be paid prior to quote being sent out. It can be paid at atimelesseventzsuite.com

4- If you book the $25 fee comes off of your total bill.
