Playing at the ORC

Wow what an honor!
Yesterday, April 19th, a family from Baton Rouge traveling to Galveston for Easter, stopped at the Orc to take a little break from the road!
In my long term dream I imagine a property like the one pictured. We will be the first and last stop in Texas for travelers on I10. Our facility will have big clean restrooms and something everyone in the family will be able to do!
Can you see it? Can you image it? Kids we are getting off at the Orc, next stop is Buc-ees in 68 miles!

I didnt get a chance to ask before they left. If you it know this family, I want to make sure they have an opportunity to stop, stretch, and relax on the massage chair on their way home, if they want! How can we make your drive home a little more fun?

Tomorrow is Good Friday, no school and one more day to practice your egg hunting skills! We will be open 9-5, from noon-2 join us for some slip n slide kickball!

Wednesday these eggs will be hidden outside our building, there will be $20 in ORC coins hidden in some of them! I’m not sure if Walmart accepts ORC money yet but we do! Use them for snacks and entry!
P.S. I passed out around 300 ORC coins during Vidor’s homecoming and haven’t seen them since. I dare you to redeem them all for a party!

After school today the boys helped me hide some eggs, if you find any Orc eggs around town, redeem them for a treat!

If you have kids like mine, they will want a few practice hunts before the big show this weekend! Dont send them off unprepared! Starting Monday April 14 and every day this week, I’ll be hiding eggs outside, try to find some!

MPE Grading has decided to team up with us on our mission to make Orange County fun! While supplies last we will be selling mystery packs with graded cards similar to the one pictured! Soon I’ll be starting a weekly whatnot show and will be auctioning off individual cards! Anyone ready for a skating rink in Orange County? Every purchase gets us one step closer!

In 17 months, the lease where Playing at the ORC is will expire. I hope by then I’m in position and there’s a property large enough to continue my goal, to make Vidor and Orange County fun.
