Zenola is back! We’re thrilled to announce we’ll be participating in the Tyson’s Fall Mixed Market at the Boro starting this Wednesday! Find us at the market to purchase some Zenola favorites. We’ll be selling our favorite spreads, homemade pita chips, take home dinners, and Pistachio Cheesecake by the slice!

Are you ready to shop local, Tysons? The market will take place in the parking lot next to The Boro’s Sandlot. Every Wednesday from September 20th through October 25th, local makers, artisans, and prepared food vendors will be selling their creations from 3-7 pm.

After years of serving delicious meals and creating unforgettable memories, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors at Zenola.

Our family-owned restaurant has been a place where friends and families gathered to share laughter, stories, and break bread. It has been an honor to be part of your lives, to witness your special occasions, and to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walked through our doors.

Unfortunately, due to the lasting business effects of the COVID pandemic, increasingly higher rent payments with little landlord flexibility and the changing landscape of the restaurant industry, we have come to this difficult decision. This was not an easy choice, as it means saying goodbye to a place that holds many memories and successes within its walls.

Over the years, we have formed deep connections with our patrons and staff, who have become an extended family to us. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for your loyalty and for choosing us as your go-to spot for celebrations, casual dinners, and even those quiet moments when you needed a comforting meal. We will forever cherish the memories created within these walls and the relationships forged through shared meals and conversations.

We encourage you to continue supporting small businesses, as they rely on your patronage to thrive and continue serving you with their own unique offerings. Our family is taking some time to rest and regroup, but we hope to find a way to continue offering Zenola menu favorites in a different format in the months ahead.

Once again, we extend our deepest appreciation to our incredible staff, suppliers, and everyone who made this journey possible. We couldn't have done it without you. Thank you for being an essential part of our story.

While we may be closing this chapter, the spirit of our family restaurant will forever remain alive within us. May our paths cross again and may the taste of Lebanese culinary delights continue to bring you joy wherever you go.

Zenola is looking to hire Line and Prep Cooks with strong experience in a fine/upscale dining kitchen setting for lunch, brunch and dinner shifts. Must have similar experience to be considered.

SIGNING BONUS FOR HIGHLY QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS!

Responsibilities include:
- Prepares or directs preparation of food served;
- Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene and health standards;
- Observes proper food preparation and handling techniques;
- Stores food properly and safely;
- Correctly prepares all food served following standard recipes and special orders;
- Plans and prepares food production to ensure excellence in quality, temperature and appearance of food;
- Keeps work area neat and clean at all times; and
- Completes food temperature checks prior to service.

- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
- Must have work authorization in the US.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation to Vienna, VA.

Pay is competitive with experience. Positions to start as soon as possible. Must be able to work Friday and Saturday dinner shifts.
