Hello, my name is Sandra Casado and I am thrilled to announce I am opening "Just Dance Vilonia", a Ballroom and Performing Arts dance studio here in Vilonia, this July! I have been teaching Ballroom Dance since 1975 and spent many years competing and performing along the way! It has been my life's passion to open the world of dance to all and to bring people together through music and dance while learning and having fun. My true joy comes from making people feel comfortable learning an activity that most never thought they could, and taking them as far as they want to go in the dance world! I can't wait to share this joy with Vilonia!
My husband & I first moved to Arkansas in Jan, 2020 to be closer to our son Blaise Casado, (owner of Carlson Gracie Vilonia) and his family. While living here I taught numerous private lessons, hosted charity events, choreographed wedding 1st dances, and also organized multiple parties at Summit Vilonia church, before we moved to North Carolina to be closer to our youngest and provide support as she began raising her first child.
During the last two years I have been developing a dance community in Greenville, NC and this July am so excited to be returning to Arkansas to open "Just Dance Vilonia" (JDV) in the same building shared by Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, and T.H.I.N.K. Coffee! I'm thrilled to offer Performing Art styles including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Contemportary, and so many more! Our Ballroom programs will include Latin, Swing, Country, Hustle, Line-Dancing, and much more!
I have owned beautiful studios in several states including New York, California, Nevada and Arizona while raising 3 professional dancers, (yes Blaise is not just a Jiu-Jitsu Instructor) 😁 I have taught dance at public schools, community colleges & universities, fitness clubs, community & senior centers, churches and many private organizations!
