We are thrilled to announce that The Lemonade Trap & Urban Gourmet will be supporting the Butterfly Walk for Lupus & Fibromyalgia!

Join us on Saturday, August 3, 2024, from 1-4 PM at the Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton, VA. The event, hosted by Oshea Russell (Tommy from "All the Queens Men"), promises to be a day full of inspiration and community support.

Come out and enjoy delicious treats from The Lemonade Trap & Urban Gourmet while we raise awareness and support for Lupus and Fibromyalgia.

This week's menu includes Berry Pecan Salads, Southwest Salads, Meaty Marinara with Penne, and Chicken Skewers with Grilled veggies and Rice.
