Happy Labor Day Weekend! We don't post a lot on Facebook, so follow us on Instagram if you want to see all the fun things we're doing! This fall is filled with incredible couples and weddings. Cruise ship director. That was the “when I grow up” job my family told me I’d love. I was a little girl with a love of parties & a zest for organization. I did end up holding a lot of leadership hats as I grew into a young woman, but the goal of cruise ship director slipped away when I started to value different things, such as creating a family of my own.

After my son was born, I realized that I needed a creative outlet. That thought process flowed naturally into wedding planning. I started assisting weddings under the incredible .hadder & the pieces dropped into place. She is an invaluable resource & the push I needed to start this business.

Then, I was pregnant with my daughter. It felt like the right time - a time of nurturing, love, & growth. I started putting everything together right after finding out I was pregnant with her in May 2020. There is something about my children that pushes me to chase my dreams; perhaps I hope the same for them.

So, here I am. Roughly two years after the idea formed in my head and one year after I started to take it seriously. This was no overnight dream - it's been in the making since I was a little girl. Thanks for following my journey & I can't wait to see where it takes us 💕

This morning the November 2020 styled shoot gallery went out to everyone involved and I've got actual heart eyes. Y'all 😍 I'm so grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such amazing wedding professionals on my first ever styled shoot.

Can't wait to do it all over again this year! In the meantime, we're on baby watch for me! I'll be slow to reply to emails this month, but I promise I'll get back to everyone ❤ Keep your eyes out next month for March launch news!

There's something undeniably magical about watching a nugget of an idea in your head transform into reality. I wasn't sure what to expect while planning my first ever styled shoot. I was worried that there wouldn't be a single vendor willing to say "yes" to a brand new planner without a portfolio. Wow. I couldn't have been more incorrect. Sometimes you just have to take that first step and the rest starts to fall into place.

I don't have enough words (or space) to share my gratitude for every person that had a part in this shoot during these challenging times. Thanks to Carrie Michelle Photography for being my partner in crime & capturing all our hard work so beautifully. Thanks to The Pinner House for graciously allowing us to use the property & for being champions of small women-owned creative businesses. Thanks to my favorite assistant & life partner Kyle for endlessly supporting me, our children, & all my wild ideas without complaint. And a MAJOR thanks to every vendor below that decided to collaborate on this shoot and take a chance on me ❤ Can't wait to share all the pretty in the months to come!

👇🏻 how I've been eyeing coffee all week becauseeeeeee it's styled shoot week! I'm so excited for all the pieces to come together this weekend at The Pinner House. We've got some amazing vendors lined up to participate in the shoot. I'm so grateful. My cup is full.

I'm also thankful for the opportunity to put together a COVID-19 safe shoot in these weird times. Everyone's health is my number one priority. Masks on, hearts full. Y'all. Third trimester pregnant while trying to start a business in a pandemic is no cakewalk, but WE'RE DOING IT 🎉❤

I'll be honest. I didn't have huge plans to use this Facebook business page. Instagram is my jam as I slowly reduce my personal time on Facebook.

That being said, I know how much I miss out by ignoring Facebook. I know that I have people I love that want to follow along in this space.

So, we'll give it a go. I'll start posting here weekly. There are some goooood things coming up for this business, so stay tuned!
