After taking a small break I am happy to say that I am back in business STARTING 7/1/2023 With a few changes.

I WILL ONLY BE MAKING DRIED AND FRESH PASTA. AND OFFERING A FEW FRESH BREADS

ORDERS CAN BE PLACED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WITH PICKUPS ON SATURDAY ONLY. NO ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN OR MADE ON SUNDAYS.

PASTA OFFERINGS made with 100% Semolina Flour All pastas are $10 per pound.

Bucatini,Spaghetti,Rigatoni,Linguine Fusilli,Pappardelle, Large &Small Macaroni.
Also have fresh pasta sheets for lasagna or ravioli.

Fresh Gnocchi $11 per 9 ounce package (made fresh and flash frozen)
Sweet Potato Gnocchi $12 per 9 ounce package

Focaccia $11 each.

*Heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil,thyme,rosemary, caramelized onions, and drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
*Garlic and herb
*Sea Salt
* fresh herbs
* plain (olive oil )
