Fish Stew

Inspired by my son Patrick Carpenter​​ who says as he’s leaving my place that they’re having fish stew and I’m like you’re wrong for that SON! So I had to make some too since I haven’t made in over a year but this one was made with Swai which I thought after my son said he was using Swai and I said humph! Yea that would be good.

He sent me the pic of the stew and I said soooo since he dropped that 💣 I said that’s it I’m making my own.

Swai scallops mirepoix yellow squash and asparagus tomatoes and peppers over riced cauliflower for me and for the hubby garlic buttered rice
