New Family Meal Deal!
Appetizer ----- Our nearly-famous pineapple and black bean salsa. Made with fresh-cut pineapple, chopped cilantro, Roma tomatoes, black beans, fresh citrus juice and a little bit of sweet spice. This is our large-size serving, and all you need is a bag of your favorite tortilla chips! - $14
Main Course ----- VIVA LA CARNITAS!!! We start with a boneless pork butt, slather it in our house pork rub and sear it in our cast-iron kettle. After getting some deep, rich caramelization, we then slow braise the meat in a bubbly hot tub filled with pure cane sugar cola, citrus, onions, garlic, and our Mexican spice combo. Your dinner kit will come with our mouth-watering carnitas, flour tortillas, our pink-pickled shallots, crumbled queso fresco, chopped fresh cilantro, lime wedges, and our AMAZING avocado lime crema:
Small order feeds 4-6 people - $58
Large order feeds 6-8 people - $68

Our team will be delivering Tuesday, October 26th, or Wednesday, October 27th. Orders need to be placed by NLT Friday, October 22th at 6 pm. As it was last time, we will be limiting the number of orders we accept per day, so please text me or FB message me ASAP.
