Good afternoon community 🤩

Teacher Appreciation week is coming up May 5-9th. As always we are offering our gorgeously curated charcuterie boxes. This year I have teamed up with Lauren from From Rome with Love for them to include a giant & delicious chocolate chip cookie 🍪 you may have seen her at the farmers markets these last few years, her offerings are amazing. We aim to lift up & support other food artisans here in the 757 🙌🏼

Here are a few samples pictures of our previous boxes! HUGE Chocolate Chip cookies will replace the sugar cookie even though they are the cutest things ever.

They are 5x5 boxes & are $20 per box; please DM us to discuss 😌

At VA Coastal Provisions, our mission is to champion Virginia Beach’s rich local food scene by connecting elite tastes with homegrown flavors. As a team rooted in the experience of stay-at-home parents and military families, we exist to uplift small businesses, celebrate diversity, and prove that your money can go far when spent with intention. We’re here to break barriers, spotlight the underrepresented, and create a seat at the table for every badass who’s ever been told they weren’t “qualified enough.”

We find so much joy in feeding people — it’s become the creative outlet we didn’t know we needed, and it’s brought us the community we had long been searching for. We didn’t know exactly what VA Coastal Provisions would become, but we knew it would be bold, meaningful, and above all — badass.

I had the pleasure of shopping around Virginia Beach and East Beach OV for some incredibly local products. The fig jam from went so well with the buzzed bovine from . The smoked tomato jam on sourdough was HEAVEN! topped it off with some drool worthy dark chocolate covered ruffle chips that were the perfect sweet and salty moment. Everyone loved the Bison Jerky from - it was a HIT! The cheeses were out of this world, the flavors and colors really oooed and ahhhhed us all. Thank you food artisans for putting your best food forward in this industry!

After f•i•v•e years of being a sahm/military wife. Making it through COVID, three cross country moves, multiple deployments, all the postpartum, & the things that accompanied that - I had no idea where I wanted to go with getting or holding a job. Would I have to move again? Would my husbands next job ALLOW for the space for me to have a job? Would I be able to manage the kids, sports, military schedule, etc. all on my own? Something I heard once the truly struck a cord in me was “a thousand women came before you and a thousand women stand with you.” I looked at all the women around me doing the damn thing. Regardless of whatever the partner in their life was doing. Without anyone giving them a blueprint on how to do it. I didn’t have a resume. I didn’t have time to build relationships with a business to ask for the time off I needed due to milspo life. So one day…I decided to start the business…I decided all the effort I would put into convincing someone of my “worth to enter the work force again” I put into creating a small business. It isn’t innovative or new. I’m not reinventing a wheel. I’m simply putting my energy and experience into something I believe in. A flexible, no interview place I made for myself. Whatever that looks like for you - I’m proud of the work you have put in to creating the life you envisioned for your family and life.
