These are what I’ve been working on lately. Because fresh flowers aren’t always practical, and sometimes you want something that will last forever! Easily customized with a specific book (picture books obviously work well), different shapes, and added pops of color.

Sometimes it's hard waiting until an order is out to post pictures...I've been dying to gush about this anniversary order for months!

Everything was custom made and either refurbished or created by hand. Ceramic artist Chris Cardone made the vase and jewelry display, Kayleigh from Grace and Gratitude made sterling earrings, a ring, and necklace (11 hearts for 11 years!) from demitasse spoons. I redid the jewelry box to hold the ring and any other precious little trinkets that need a home.

Just spent a lovely morning at Grace and Gratitude picking up some custom jewelry for an order, flowers, and of course, veggies for the house!

One of the end of the year Teacher gifts, this basket has two plants meant to go in the garden. The front is Tansy from our friends at Grace and Gratitude, with a special mystery flower from our beds that we call "orchid iris". Tucked safely in a repurposed basket woven with colorful ribbon, the planting instructions are hand-folded into the decorative envelope. The whole thing is finished with a few handmade paper hydrangea blossoms for a little extra color until the "orchids" are ready to bloom!

Most commercial/floral retailers use a type of red rose that has huge buds that don't smell and never bloom....

These lovelies are called Black Beauties due to the deep, velvety color. They are gently fragrant, and as you can see, they bloom into rosy perfection!

Keep us in mind as you celebrate graduations, anniversaries, and (of course) weddings!

Carnations, lisianthus, stock, and a special back drop of fresh cut herbs! Rosemary and oregano were used for the greenery in this pretty ceramic pot used as a Mother's Day present--it smelled amazing!
