***WEATHER UPDATE: we have been watching the forecasts from
Multiple sites for the last several days and we still believe the parade and tree lighting will be fine to move forward, we are moving the vendor event INSIDE the Ivor Municipal Building. ***

Food options: FARM FED will be set up near the front door of the building, and the athletic association will be selling popcorn and cotton candy in the kitchen at the back of the building.

Please join us as we have the largest number of parade participants ever signed up and our vendors have worked very hard to prepare for this event!

Items for the Trooper Hill Toy Drive will gladly still be accepted (drop in the big sleigh at the stage!)

Santa will also be on the stage and can’t wait to see all the children!! And don’t forget to say hi to the Grinch who will

We are looking forward to a wonderful day to kick off the Christmas Season!

Please join us on Sunday, Dec. 3rd!!!

Our Christmas Market will begin at 12:30 and will be located at 8430 Bell Avenue in the parking lot.

Beginning at 12:30, we will have over 20 local vendors, selling a variety of goods! It will be a great time to support local small businesses and get a start on Christmas shopping!!

Additionally, The Claremont Candle Company will be on site for a Pour Your Own Candle option. They will be set up inside the Ivor Municipal Building and will have light refreshments for those making candles. (the flyer for this is attached in the comments, but you will need to pre-register directly with Claremont Candle)

Our very special guests will be returning as well. Santa Claus will be in town from 1-3 PM and happy to greet all the children! Picker's Paradise will be delivering his sleigh once again. Photos can be taken with Santa and the sleigh! The Grinch will also be around, so make sure to grab a photo with him as well!!

Blackwater Regional Library will have a tent and will be giving away free books. The Town’s Little Free Library (located in the corner of the playground near the parking lot) will be refreshed as well!

K9 Pawsibilities will be out with their dogs and will be doing cart demos and other fun activities!

Colorful Memories will be set up beside Santa to offer face painting!

The town will be collecting toys for the Trooper Hill Toy Drive, as well as taking donations for the local children we are sponsoring for this season.

Our 15th Annual Parade will begin at 3:30. Lineup will start at 2:30 in “The Pines”. The parade route will leave the Pines (between the medical center and the Methodist Church) and continue down Main Street until Gale Avenue. It will go the length of Gale,and turn left onto Babb Drive and then turn right onto Bell Ave, at the Municipal Building. We will make the sharp turn at the “triangle” and finish down Rawls Drive back to Main Street.
Everyone at the market will be in a great spot to see the parade.

*Parade entries: please call or email the office to get on the list just to be in the parade. To enter the CONTEST: (where there’s a $300 cash prize thanks to Faded Cottage!!) you MUST receive a number from the office. The parade theme is Christmas Then and Now. Fully Decorated Golf carts may also enter their own contest category, but must also receive a number.

Immediately following the parade, we invite everyone back to the front yard of the Municipal Building, where we will announce the float contest winners and light our Christmas Tree, in memory of Cody Stallard.

Spend the afternoon with us and start your Christmas Season off the best way possible!
