Our owners Eddy and Susan Byrne founded Catering Concepts 25 years ago. Eddy Byrne is our Executive Chef and Susan Byrne is our lead Event Specialist and Event Designer. Their passion for excellent food and detailed event design runs deep!
Customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority and you can be certain your event will be one your guests will remember for years to come! Catering Concepts has a full-time, energetic, and personable staff which includes, Event Specialists and Designers, Trained Chefs and Culinary Staff, Staffing Management and Operations.
Our entire staff will assist you with every detail regarding your event including relevant themes, menu selection, location, rentals, centerpieces, decor, place settings, and everything in-between. Our goal is to work closely with you to coordinate a menu which excites you and reflects your personal taste. Let us worry about the details while you relax and enjoy being a guest at your own party!
