Strawberry Banana Pancakes🍓🍌🥞
Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Sprinkle of salt
Wet ingredients:
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2/3 cup milk(I used almond milk but any milk works)
2 ripe bananas
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons honey
1. Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl.
2. Peel bananas and place into a bowl and mash them with a fork.
3.Add the rest of the wet ingredients into the bowl with the bananas and mix well.
4. Add the bowl of wet ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients and whisk them together well.
5. Heat and grease you pan or griddle you plan on using.(I personally used a griddle on 300 degrees but if you using a pan on your stove use medium-high heat.)
6. Use 1/4 cup worth of mix for each pancake you place on griddle or pan. Once the mix starts to bubble, flip your pancakes and cook on the other side for about 3-4 minutes.
*This recipe produces about 10 pancakes if you do the 1/4 cup size pancakes.
