IN THE FITNESS ROOM:
- 6pm - 8pm with Rio👑: OH SPLIT!: LEVEL 2: **This ADVANCED flexibility class REQUIRES Instructor APPROVAL to attend (see Rio, Exotica, or Panther). Due to its structure and complexity you MUST STAY for the ENTIRE SESSION which may last UP TO 2 HOURS. If you cannot stay the whole time, please do not sign-up.**
You MUST be comfortable in your "side splits" WITHOUT the assistance of yoga blocks (hands-only support), and must have taken multiple "Oh Split! - Level 1" classes. This class is designed to help you progress deeper into all three-ways of splits, or to even begin your journey into negative split positions. Barefoot/socks; workout clothes.

IN THE POLE ROOM:
- 6pm with Benji💚: INVERSION: This class REQUIRES Instructor approval to advance from Poles 2. Learn how to safely live life upside down as you learn hip-holds, leg hangs, shoulder mounts, forearm holds and much more. Yoga mat.

- 7:15pm with Benji💚: POLE PLAY: This is Open Pole Practice with an Instructor present for guidance, support, and spotting. You should have taken at least a Poles Level 1 class so you have something to work on. Barefoot or heels; shorts and top; knee pads/knee sleeves optional.

IN THE FITNESS ROOM:
- 6pm with Panther😻: 80s LADIES: This class is full of totally righteous jams with bangin’ moves — the 80s decade made aerobic fitness fun! Bustin’ out some of the best dances MTV and Jane Fonda had to offer, this class will work you to the max! Yoga mats and weights; tennis shoes.

- 7:15pm with Panther😻: BLURRED LINES: This is where hip-hop and country line dancing meet. You learn actual club line dances in this class, but it’s so much fun dancing with your girlfriends that you forget you’re also working out! Boots or tennis shoes.

- 8:30pm with Panther😻: OH SPLIT!: This class is designed to get you limber and increase your flexibility with the goal of getting into the splits in all three directions. Flexibility is so important for women, especially because it can help protect us from injury as we age. Yoga mat and resistance band. Barefoot or socks.

- 6pm with Benji💚: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional.

- 7:15pm with Benji💚: POLE-OGRAPHY: (Open to Poles 1 level and above.) This class teaches you how to connect many of the pole spins, transitions, floor work, and sometimes pole tricks to create a cool, choreographed routine. Recommended: Students should have taken at least a few Poles Level 1 classes. Heels or barefoot; KNEEPADS are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

- 7:15pm with Slayer💀: ELECTRIC YOGA: It’s yoga but dialed up to ten with a little less Zen. This power yoga class focuses on flexibility, strength, and endurance training. Barefoot/socks or tennis shoes. Yoga mat.

- 6pm with Panther😻: POLE SEDUCTION: Learn how to infuse sexy, slinky choreo with eye contact and movements designed to engage and seduce your audience. Barefoot, socks, or heels; pads/knee sleeves recommended.

- 7:15pm with Panther😻: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional.

- 8:30pm: OPEN POLES: The Pole Room is open to anyone who wants to come in and play. PLEASE NOTE, there are NO Instructors supervising this class. Each student is responsible for practicing pole maneuvers within safe limits. (This is still a paid class with limited spots, so reservations are encouraged.). Barefoot or heels.

Thursday, 11/28 from 8am-10am: This year we have the awesome Slayer preparing a special feast of sweaty, calorie-burning, power-packed sexiness! Join her in this popular morning Fitness class on Thanksgiving Day, so you can dive-in guilt-free into allll the pies!🥧 (This class is a LOCK-IN so plan on staying the entire 2 hours.) IN THE FITNESS ROOM:
- 6pm with Rio👑: HO-DOWN: This creative cardio class will make you a fan of country music if you aren’t already! It’s less twang and more bang as you sweat it out with these fun and sexy dance moves. Yoga mat. Boots or tennis shoes.

- 7:15pm with Rio👑: OH SPLIT!: This class is designed to get you limber and increase your flexibility with the goal of getting into the splits in all three directions. Flexibility is so important for women, especially because it can help protect us from injury as we age. Yoga mat and resistance band. Barefoot or socks.

IN THE POLE ROOM:
- 6pm with Maverick✈️: HELLA HEELS (Experienced Beginners and Up): Explore all the edges of your shoe and learn to feel confident in those sexy heels! You should be able to support your body weight using your arms in a split grip (ex: carousel spin), feel comfortable walking in heels, and performing pirouettes in them. This class will give you a solid understanding of heel shapes, pathways, patterns, slides, glides, basic poses, pointe-work, edge work, and so much more. We will explore a variety of dance styles, prioritize incorporating full body movements. Heels (boots or sandals with straps), shorts or pants, knee pads highly recommended.

- 7:15pm with Maverick✈️: POLE TRIX: This class is a combination of our Pole Levels 3 & 4 classes. This advanced class will allow you to develop and perfect those upper-level moves. ❗️This class REQUIRES Instructor approval to attend. You MUST have mastered our Inversion classes first to advance to Pole Trix. Please arrange approval through Maverick,Genie, or Benji.❗️

IN THE FITNESS ROOM:
- 6pm with Sugar🍭: TWERK WERK: Learn how to pop, shake, jiggle, isolate, and clap that b***y in this high energy one hour Fitness Class! Tennis shoes or barefoot; Yoga mat or kneepads optional.

- 7:15pm with Panther😻: HOT SEAT: This chair dancing class is a mix of grace, choreography, stamina, and strength training, along with a basic intro to chair acrobatics. Find countless ways to use a chair and floor for looking sexy and getting fit, while learning how to put different moves together to improve your freestyle chair dance skills! Leggings are always best for chairs. Yoga mat. Barefoot, socks with grip pads, or have your heels handy.

- 8:30pm with Panther😻: OH SPLIT!: This class is designed to get you limber and increase your flexibility with the goal of getting into the splits in all three directions. Flexibility is so important for women, especially because it can help protect us from injury as we age. Yoga mat and resistance band. Barefoot or socks.

IN THE POLE ROOM:
- 6pm with Panther😻: POLE CONTROL: An all-level workout-based Pole class. Build endurance and tolerance for poles with this strength training and conditioning workout. Shorts, barefoot or socks; Yoga Mat.

- 7:15pm with Cherry🍒: POLES 1: This beginner level pole class is your basic foundation and technique class. You'll learn a variety of spins as well as seductive movements on and off the floor for transitions. Heels or barefoot. Yoga mat or kneepads optional.

- 8:30pm with Cherry🍒: POLES 2: This class REQUIRES Instructor approval to advance from Poles 1. This advanced beginner class will focus more on combination spins with moves you learned in Poles 1. You'll also learn advanced grip spins, a variety of climbs, sits, and poses. Barefoot or heels; yoga mat and/or kneepads optional.
