For years the TNCs have skirted the laws and regulations that for hire transportation must adhere to. Those of us who do the right thing every day get hurt by the TNCs' ability to avoid the responsibilities that keep our industry a safe choice for business travelers and other consumers that need a transportation service. The local and federal governments have no desire to fight the TNCs as the unsuspecting consumer has been lulled into a false sense of security in using these out of control services. The only response seems to be CONSUMER BEWARE instead of holding the TNCs accountable.

Georgia and John McGinty of Princeton, New Jersey were told by the court they couldn't sue Uber for their life changing injuries they sustained during a crash while riding because they agreed to a sneaky clause.
