Once in awhile a band comes along that grabs my attention. This is one of them. Great throwback to the 80's alternative New Wave and sound. Glass Spells
Glass Spells is a synth-pop band from San Diego, California. The band is comprised of two members, Anthony Ramirez and Tania Costello. Anthony is the instrumentalist of the group, bringing his wide array of skills to the production of their unique sound. Tania is the lead singer and vocalist, providing the powerful and emotive lyrics and melodies that have become a hallmark of the band.
I have been spinning tracks from there album 'Shattered' since it's release. A few of you been asking me , hey! who is that? Well there you go. Make sure check them out on all streaming services, and of course I will be spinning there music at all of my events.

My heart goes out to Dj Lisa and her entire family.

Dj Lisa 'Lopez-Galvan co-hosted a weekly radio show on local station KKFI 90.1 called A Taste of Tejano, a celebration of Tejano or "Tex-Mex" music which has origins in Texas and Mexico. She also played local weddings and promoted charity fundraisers.
"It is with sincere sadness and an extremely heavy and broken heart that we let our community know that KKFI DJ Lisa Lopez-Galvan, host of Taste of Tejano lost her life today in the shooting at the KC Chiefs’ rally,"
