Here is an update on Pacific Trails Catering
As most of you know we closed the take out last year. As of December 31 we have closed everything. We are in the process of selling the kitchen. We have had a great time meeting and serving our customers. We wish you all the best and we will let you all know where we land. Thank you all so much!

More than doubled our sales of week one at UCSD. Cooked doubled our baby back ribs and still sold out by 1:00pm. Also getting ready to cater a wedding on Saturday and a business meeting on Monday. Busy, Busy

It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the closing of the take-out BBQ side of our business. Over the past year and a half we have developed lots of new friends and customers. Though everyone we spoke to loved our food there was just not enough business coming thru the front door to sustain the labor and daily food costs. We are however keeping open the catering business and can accommodate catering orders as small as a few hundred dollars for pick-up or delivery with 24hr notice. In the future we may re-address opening a better situated BBQ restaurant but for right now we are focusing our efforts on our primary business which is catering. We want to thank everyone that patronized our restaurant and hope you all just stop by to say hi from time to time, you never know what's cooking and keep up with us here on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
