We are entering the dark moon phase before the New Moon Solar eclipse in Aries. As a human, you carry stories not just your own—but encoded deep in your DNA. Join us for a sacred class designed to dissolve ancestral trauma, release stored tension in the body, and return to the rhythm of cosmic harmony.
Through Lightbody Kundalini-inspired yoga, somatic-based meditation, and deep sound healing, we’ll unwind the subtle imprints of generational patterns, emotional pain, and energetic dislocation.

We will use movements to release etheric blockages from the nervous and organ systems. We will have guided meditations to reconnect with the morphic field of grace.
