The IRONKIDS Fun Run is a family-friendly event designed for children ages 0-17, promoting health and fitness through a non-competitive run. Sign up for this inclusive event that encourages children to lead active lifestyles and experience the joy of running in a supportive environment. 🏃🏃‍♀️

🚨🚨We are one day away from Beast of the Brazos!! The water temperature this morning at 9:00 am was 82*. Tomorrow morning at 7:00 am the decision for wetsuit status will be officially posted on social media so be on the lookout. We look forward to seeing all of you tomorrow for what will be a record setting 5th year for BOB!!🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

In preparation for the Beast of the Brazos, we are hosting a River Cleanup on Wednesday, September 4th. There are multiple shifts available to help clean the banks and water.

This is TEAM Waco 💙🤍💙

Eight McLennan County local residents have been preparing since April 2024 for the IRONMAN 70.3 Waco this October. Every day, they’ve pushed themselves physically and mentally, training hard in swimming, biking, and running 🏊🏻‍♂️ 🚴🏻‍♀️ 🏃🏼‍♀️.

Last night, they paused their training to help the community. They gathered sports equipment ⚽️🏀🏈⚾️🎾🏐 to donate to Isaiah House 117 🏡 .

🏠🫶🏼Isaiah 117 House provides physical and emotional support in a safe and loving home for children awaiting placement.
