I would like to explain what house concerts are. There have been some questions about the money we ask to be DONATED to the artists. We dont keep any of the money
These talented and hardworking artists travel around the country doing house concerts. There are hundreds of house concert venues that host these events to raise money for these artists. This is the main income that they receive. There also different Parrothead club events that help these artists as well. We as Parrotheads call Party for a Purpose. These clubs raise money for different charities and also pay the artists they hire
We have tried to bring these artists so our friends family and fellow Parrotheads to enjoy we provide them a place to stay and provide a fun atmosphere for everyone. We ask for donation and ALL money goes to the artists we have at our house concert venue. It’s not required but we hope that people understand what it is really about.
