Thanks for visiting our page! Click on "About us" for rates. Rental Fees: The full rental is due no later than the day prior to rental date.

Full Day $200 (Example: Graduation/birthday party, corporate meetings)
8 a.m.-11 p.m. Set up can begin no earlier than 7:30 a.m and must be cleaned up by 12 a.m.

2. Afternoon Rate $75 (Example: baby shower, bridal shower, home show parties, birthday party)
i.e: 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Set up can begin at 10 a.m. and must be cleaned up by 4 p.m.

3. Evening/Special event rate $150 (holiday party, birthday

party, political event, sporting event)
4 p.m.-11 p.m. Set up can begin at 3 p.m. and must be cleaned up by 12 a.m.

4. Hourly Rate $25/hr for those not needing for times listed above. Damage deposit will be collected in form of separate check. Contact us for more details and contract.

**Church groups will have a waived or reduced rental fee depending on the event! Contact us today!**

I’m happy to say that as of now our email account has been cleaned up and is free from clones and scammers! Thank you James! If you’ve sent an email requesting rental information and gotten a suspicious email regarding the request or payment… please re-request to the email address given on the event page! Thank you for your patience!
Please make sure you reach out if you’ve reserved the room via email so that we can confirm you are actually on the reservation book!

We weren’t going to mention this but I feel it’s very important that we let people know we have not been dishonest in our reasons for moving our Festivals to the “Saunders County Fairgrounds”. When we approached the city about more space when the Wahoo Super property sold, we turned into the City 4 options that would work for us to continue to grow the Festivals….blocking 5th Street to Chestnut was one of the options. That was not one that “worked best for them”. To be clear…I was also told I did not need to go in front of City Council that my options would be presented to the Department heads and they would let me know.
I don’t want the community to think we intentionally moved the Festivals from downtown! We are grateful that the Fairgrounds was an option so that we can still do our best to bring new shoppers into Wahoo!
Thank you for those of you that support our businesses and Festivals And the other local businesses downtown!
