Aloha, everyone! We are posting up today from 3:30 pm til pau. If you've ever wondered how liquor is made, book a tour. The tour will take you through the process from raw material to the finish product. You can book your tour by going to their page on Instagram. By the way, they offer a free tasting of their locally made spirits. I'm just saying.. take advantage of the good times.

The wife just got back from NYC. First stop, sushi. We got choy sum, karaage chicken, sushi combo B, miso soup, soft-shell crab roll, hamachi roll with tobiko, Unami, and veggie tempura. Everything was 🤌🏽🤌🏽 and service was fast! Made to order sushi and crispy karaage and tempura. Ono!

I need a nap now. That was 🔥
I tried the Pumpkin Curry for the first time and it was ono! If you like Panang Curry, this one is extra peanutty, just how I like it. The Lemongrass chicken is very light and crispy, kinda reminds me of mochiko chicken. The satay and the sticky rice with mango are gonna get it next time. 🤤Portion size is mayjah too!

When you come, you'll need to find parking because Waimanalo is hosting the canoe regatta this weekend. If you haven't been to canoe races before, now is the time to check it out. So stoked to announce the opening of our brand spankin new food truck. We started this project earlier this year and after a few setbacks, and some bad weather, we're here. . The Steads will feature smash burgers with steafs sauce and waffle fries with our secret drizzle. . Everyday we will highlight a plate lunch utilizing ingredients that have flavored our lives growing up here in the Waimanalo Homestead. . Hope you stop by.
