ZuZu's Caters .....

Whether you are looking for just a few platters to supplement your next party, or you need the whole affair catered, ZuZu’s Catering is here to help. Our Beautiful and Delicious Array of Hors D’oeuvres, Appetizer Platters, Entrees, Salads, Sides, & Sandwiches are sure to please everyone’s taste, and impress your guests!

While we will always make our best effort to fulfill last minute catering requests, we request at least 72 hours notice for catering orders. During peak catering seasons, more lead time will be needed as many Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays become fully booked weeks/months in advance.

An email inquiry will not reserve a date. A tentative order must be placed and secured with a Credit Card/Deposit.

You may pick up your order at ZuZu's @ 316 Main Street, Wakefield. Delivery possible for a fee when available.

TO OUR CUSTOMERS, FRIENDS & FAMILY...

WE THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING THE CAFE OVER THE PAST 11 YEARS IN GOOD TIMES AND HARD TIMES. WE COULDN’T HAVE SUCCEEDED WITHOUT YOU ALL. TRULY.

THE PAST 18 MONTHS HAVE BEEN MORE CHALLENGING THAN WE COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED. EVEN AT OUR HARDEST TIMES THROUGHOUT THE PAST 11 YEARS, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING MEASURES UP TO THE UNCERTAINTY, FEAR & STRUGGLES OF THE PAST YEAR AND A HALF.

AND YET WE ARE SO GRATEFUL. TO HAVE ALL OF YOU THAT HELPED SUSTAIN US! AND TO BE ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES, THAT MADE IT OUT TO THE OTHER SIDE.

THAT BEING SAID, WE CURRENTLY HAVE A PROBLEM WE NEVER ANTICIPATED. RECENTLY CATERING HAS COME BACK IN FULL FORCE, AND THEN SOME. ALMOST OVERNIGHT. WE ARE SO OVERJOYED TO ONCE AGAIN BE PART OF YOUR CELEBRATIONS AFTER SUCH A LONG PERIOD OF SEPARATION!

JUST AS WE HAVE BEEN OVERJOYED TO RECONNECT WITH ALL THE CAFE CUSTOMERS OVER THE PAST YEAR AFTER REOPENING FOR TAKEOUT LAST JUNE. YOUR SUPPORT AND COMPANIONSHIP HAS FED OUR SOULS OVER THE PAST YEAR. AFTER BEING SO ISOLATED DURING QUARANTINE.

BEING BUSY IS SURELY A GOOD PROBLEM TO HAVE. BUT ONE THAT ALSO HAS US STRUGGLING. WE FIND OURSELVES IN A SITUATION IN WHICH WE CAN NOT SUSTAIN BOTH HALVES OF OUR BUSINESS IN A MANNER THAT MEETS OUR HIGH STANDARDS FOR BOTH OUR CAFE & OUR CATERING BUSINESS. FOR MANY VARIED REASONS.

SO IT IS WITH A HEAVY HEART THAT I SHARE THAT WE WILL BE SUSPENDING CAFE OPERATIONS FOR THE NEXT 6 WEEKS TO FOCUS SOLELY ON THE CATERING SIDE OF OUR BUSINESS.

WE HAVE BEEN STRETCHING OURSELVES TOO THIN FOR TOO LONG AND WE NEED SOME TIME TO RECOVER, REGROUP AND SEE HOW BEST TO MOVE FORWARD IN THE FALL OF 2021.

THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE HARDEST DECISIONS OF MY LIFE. BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY WE NEED TO DO WHAT IS BEST FOR OUR FAMILY, AND FOR OUR PHYSICAL & MENTAL HEALTH AFTER A DOOZY OF A YEAR.

HELLO!!! We are so happy to be easing back into the swing of the things at the Cafe. It has taken a little longer than I hoped as we are basically starting from scratch. With a bare bones staff & a supply chain that has not been super reliable. While also trying to figure out an entire new way of safely operating in our small space during these unprecedented times. But we are on it!!! We have a new Pickup Window with an AMAZING new sign courtesy of Create Artisan Studio/AnnMarie Gallivan!!! And lots of less beautiful signs and social distancing spots created by me to guide you through this new process of ZuZu’s Takeout lol. And a patio FULL of flowers like we usually have this time of year for you to look at while in line. We can not wait for you all to be sitting on our Patio ASAP! Updates to come in the next few weeks as guidelines are announced. Our Cafe Menu for this Friday - Sunday will be posted tomorrow. All orders at this time must be called in and paid over the phone. Available for contactless pickup 12-6 at our new pickup window. And we are still accepting catering orders with advance notice! We will be presenting a paired down menu the first few weeks featuring most of our top selling items and adding all of our customer favorites as the weeks progress. We will be rolling out delivery options, curbside pickup and a weekly selection of family style catering meals that serve 4-6 in addition to our regular catering menu in the coming weeks. We are addressing our reopening in phases like most businesses. To protect our customers, employees and as we assess our ever evolving new business model in these hard times so we can keep our head afloat! Please be patient with us as we navigate this process.
