The Southern MD Health & Fitness Group is proud to announce we will be hosting our 1st annual Southern MD Health & Fitness Expo. Capital Clubhouse is Southern Maryland's ultimate recreational and sports complex. The exhibit arena we will be in has 17,000 square feet and a 32 foot ceiling. Our event will feature the Halloween Havoc Fitness Throwdown hosted by Coal Road Crossfit. This 4 person team
competition will feature some of the top CrossFit Athletes from the Mid-Atlantic Region. Our event, will also include: martial arts and dance demonstrations, as well as prize giveaways. We also plan to showcase performances from local and regional talent. There will also be Q&A from semi-pro competitors who are training hard to gain their pro cards in the fields of bodybuilding, physique, figure and bikini. In addition, there will be a Zumba group exercise demonstration, seminars for student-athletes, cooking demonstrations, recipe makeovers, and plenty of samples for tasting. We can assure you there will be fun and safe events for attendees of all ages.
