We love a good transformation as much as the next person and over the next several weeks, that’s all you will be seeing!!

We had over 47 trees/stumps removed from the property. Tons of grading, seeding and sodding and then on to mulch and landscaping but this transformation might just be one of my favorites.

The pond is one of the most beautiful spots on the farm! Stunning for pictures but also just a relaxing place to be! Before the site was so closed in with overgrown, dying trees and shrubs. The view was blocked and the overall look was just lacking something!

This week, the pond received a huge makeover and I cannot wait to see our first couple say I do at this site!

This space is perfect for relaxing, grabbing a drink or just hanging out. Located under the main barn, this space gives 2,400 square feet of luxury farm aesthetic.

This space also has 2 remodeled restrooms, an extra bar and several seating areas! Large barn doors on both ends gives it an open area feel where you can enjoy the views!

Wedding Season has officially arrived!

Did you know we have an amazing 3 story house that has been remodeled and updated and you can stay on site?!

Front porch furniture and flowers are out! This porch gives you a view of the entire farm!

The sun is shining and the crew is working hard on all the landscaping and adding so many new additions!!!

I can’t wait for you to see it!

With the purchase of this venue is 2022, we knew it had so much potential! Taking this venue and making it “ours” has always been a top priority. With the purchase, came contracts with set terms and offerings. Now that those contracts have been fulfilled, we are so excited to offer our venue, our way with our style/touch!

The venue is undergoing some of the biggest transformations yet! We have completely remodeled the exterior of the bridal suite and on-site house. Both have also undergone interior transformations as well! New decks have been built to the front and back of the house as well, which makes for peaceful rocking overlooking the farm.

The land has began getting a makeover as well. We have removed 47 dead trees, as well as old stumps, dead shrubs/plants and anything that did not look good. Additional parking has been added, new landscaping and coming soon…. New graded lawn areas with additional landscapoing and picturesque areas!

We are currently residing the main barn on this property and once complete, the barn will go all white with black accents! Your wedding is more than just a day. With our amenities, you and your guests can relax and enjoy the weekend on the farm!

This year has been filled with some huge undertakings and we could not be more excited! We knew when we purchased the farm, we wanted it to be an extension of our existing venue, The White Barn at Lucas Farm!

The guys have been working so hard over the past few months! We had a total of 47 trees and stumps removed from the property. All new lawns and landscaping will be installed before wedding season.

The house has been painted white, a new front deck has been added and stained, as the old was rotted. The farm is coming together nicely.

If you have been driving by, we have also started to reside the big barn!! Big changes are coming to the venue and I’m so excited to watch them unfold!
