TLDR: My phone isn't working correctly...use email please.

I'm not sure what the issue is...BUT I just found out that for the past week, I haven't been receiving all of my texts/calls/voicemails. I'm getting most, but not all.

Multiple people have legit left me voicemails and they are nowhere to be found. And have called and texted, but they never came through.

Our family is starting a new chapter...my sister is going to be a GRANDMA, and our Joey is going to be a MAMMA!

We've always called her Little Mamma, and I know she is going to be one of the best ever!!! We are so excited for her and Baylen and we all can't wait to meet this sweet baby girl!

So glad they asked me to take these. Joey Marie was absolutely stunning!!! (as you can see)

Hi! My name is Katie AND if you want a certain shot…. But I can only get it if I’m elevated and there is no step ladder or safe chair anywhere around I WILL use my mini van for that extra height we need to get that perfect shot!!!! Ya know. Homecoming 2023!!!

I’m still grinning at how handsome and beautiful they all looked!! I love getting to see all these babies grow up in front of my camera lens!! I’ve been photographing some if these kiddos for over a decade now, and I just can’t begin to describe the joy it brings my heart!! At Lake Keowee,SC — Y’all. Multi generational photo shoots are HARD to pull off as a family… getting all these generations at one place at one time, working on one goal can be stressful. Make sure you make one part of the experience less stressful by hiring a professional photographer.

This is my family, and we actually have FIVE generations representing in it (my niece has a bun in the oven) The youngest child in this photo is 9, and I STILL had to swap 4 heads to make a perfected final image!! This will be one we cherish for years to come, and I can’t wait to get it printed, framed and hanging on my mommas wall!

I don’t shoot weddings…

But when I break that rule, it’s always for sentimental reasons.

Enjoy some shots from the wedding of my first cousin Bryce, and his beautiful wife Brenna. This wedding was special to me, not only because it was my cousin, but because they decided they would elope to Woodville, MS. The same thing Bryce and I’s grandparents and great grandparents did.

Sentimental Sap is one of my love languages and I am so glad they asked me to be a part of this chapter in their lives!! Bonus points because my hubby got to be the one to officiate the wedding, as well as give them some pre marital counseling.

Bryce and Brenna I hope you know that we are always here for you! Married life is the best life, and we are praying that y’all continue to follow in our elders footsteps by staying true to the vows you made this day, and choosing to love each other every single day of the rest of your lives!!

I HAVE A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!

With great bittersweetness, I wish to inform you that I am closing the schools/daycares division of My Sister and I Photography. I have accepted a full-time job at my church, and will no longer be able to continue working in this capacity. (Ascension Christian and The Way PDO, y’all still have me so this won’t affect y’all)

I am going to miss seeing all your kiddos so much and I am forever grateful for how you have supported me all these years.

I am not closing my doors though, and will still be here for senior and family photographs!! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!!!

I hope you are all having a great summer!! Ours has been full of adjustments to me being in the FT work force, and it’s also been full of a ton of travel!! I can’t wait to share with you all the 4 generational photograph we were able to get, but in the mean time, enjoy this one of my crew in South Carolina!!
