5 Years Ago Today: I woke up excited for my son's 1st birthday. I planned all the details for 5 months!

We rented an extravagant water bounce house, had a taco bar, and his first taste of chocolate cake 🎂. But when it was time for the bounce house, he was terrified by the thrashing movements and towering height. I felt awful seeing him so scared.
