Does your doggie dress up? We had two kids dress up like dogs and a dog dress up like a BIG bowl of spaghetti 🍝

We didn’t get crafty with the kids costumes but had fun with the doggie cone costume!

Are you always stumped when it comes to teacher gifts? Class presents are the way to go. Teachers deserve the world and if the class contributes to a gift you can get them something special. Teachers love a gift card to get what they really want but fill a basket with a pretty candle, and a few thoughtful personalized pieces so they know you care! It’s a full proof formula:)!

Who else is in their soccer mom era? Hair bows are my favorite part personally!! and I both love a puff paint name ribbon! It is always more fun to have a personalized bow! I was so tempted to do lightning bolts for our “Thunder sisters” but decided against it. I probably should have- maybe next year!:)

If you have a tween or teen- these lip gloss chains are all the rage!

A trip to TJMaxx, Sephora, and Hobby Lobby were the first step.

Then use a thumb tack to punch a small hole in the end (make sure to avoid the tube where the lipgloss is).

Using needle nose pliers add a ring or keychain clip. Add beads, charms, multiple chains or a big loop. The options are endless! We are trying this again later this week! I’ll update you on how they turn out!

Charm necklaces are so popular right now. With a pack of charms from Amazon, and some pliers, and chains, we made our own!

This is a fun group activity or great personalized gift idea!

It’s a little tricky to get the hang of but with perseverance and patience it’s a fun craft!

A Half Way to 80- 40th birthday was so much fun! Need an easy way to laugh- dress up like little old ladies.

The best part is when you take off your costumes at the end of the night you feel so much younger and somehow all of your real wrinkles and grey hairs seem like less of a big deal!

A Golden birthday… when did this become a thing? 9 on the 9th! We celebrate with bright colors and a whole lot of gold!

Pool parties are always so fun, add some crafts and you’re golden (this time literally).

We decorated instamax frames with gems, did some diamonds art and swam the day away!

Summer Journals are always fun to make! Didn’t do it this summer? Decorate some for Fall- or even use these fun Amazon stickers to decorate a folder, planner, or notebook for school!

We love an easy craft that keeps our kids and tweens happy!

As summer break comes to a close- how are you feeling?

As the kids go back to school we are in the in between stage, it’s still hot, but Fall feels closer and closer.

For me I’m always happiest in some water, and in the sun!

Beach time, making smiley face shadows, and crafting and selling shells made up a big chunk of our summer. Have you ever brought water color paints to the beach? It’s a fun idea when you’re on a beach vacation and need some beachy fun!
