Don't underestimate the power of your one breath. It will only take 5 minutes to get you in the right direction of your feelings and goals.
As a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, I always start with breathing meditation, followed by a guided meditation.
My clients and members have been practicing meditation with me and I am so happy to see how they have developed a good relationship with themselves and others.
Don't waste your time and energy for nothing or something that you won't benefit at all.
If you don't have at least 5 minutes to spend time for yourself, then you don't have a life.
Spend time for yourself wisely.
Start meditating, read a book that will enhance your personal growth, read your Bible, listen to audiobooks, write your daily affirmation, say your daily gratitude, walk, enjoy your meal instead of being on your phone or tv the whole time.
Not only the radiation will lower down your vibration and frequency, but it is also the things that you see and read on your newsfeed, it affects you.
Feed your soul a nutritional value of your life.
Meditation is a good practice to be conscious, to be in a present moment, to be away from anxiety and stress.
Say this 3 times
"I am in a sacred space of my heart and soul"... And so it is.
