Why attend Camp Community Arts
Why attend Camp Camp Community Arts? Here are three great reasons.
In the studio: After 8 weeks together, our ikebana students created unique arrangements using three flower choices as part of a freestyle form challenge. “At first it was really difficult for me to follow all the rules Anna (Ikebana master instructor) was teaching us. As a creator, I like to be free so the structure was a learning curve for me. But slowly by slowly I began to surrender to the process and tradition and learn the ways. And now I have a life long skill of arranging beauty - and the best part is now I can follow a bit of rules and also break them a bit, too, to create a “freestyle” arrangement. The balance of creativity!” - Asya (student) 🌸 Ikebana will be offered again in the fall quarter with instructor Annamaria Roeper.
