The design, details, and doves were beyond impressive, but the genuine kindness and humility of the beautiful couple made this one truly special. It was so touching to see how grounded they were amidst the natural busyness of their wedding day (because weddings can easily become overwhelming)! ▫️ Do you have any tips to share on how couples can stay present and grounded on their wedding day? ☺️ ▫️ For our wedding, I took Pam’s advice (from The Office) and made sure to spend time to look around, soak everything in, and take lots of mental pictures! Knowing how much of a control-freak I could be, I also prayed as soon as I woke up that I wouldn’t get caught up in the little things, but instead be reminded of the outpour of God’s faithfulness that led us to marriage.
