Mother's Day this year was very unusual! Covid19 made everything so much more difficult! But, I was blessed to get beautiful flowers for my clients and made sure to take some time to enjoy the creative process.

I really don't know why carnations have a bad reputation. When some clients order, they say "no carnations", and this means that they want an elegant expensive arrangement. But, then there are some clients that love carnations! For Mother's Day, a client ordered a bouquet full of carnations. Her mother loves carnations! Yay! I will be using these beautiful carnations for her order!

There are angels among us. I thought this angel statue would look sweet nestled in a basket and surrounded by flowers. This is a representation of an angel, but the real angels among us are our mother's. Mother's endure so much for the sake of their children. Happy Mother's Day, ...Mothers!❤🌼

Went for a trail walk and decided to make a floral arrangement along the way!
I picked some flowers from the trail and turned a curled hollow log into a vase. Flowers forever.

COVID19...unbelievable! I pray that you are all healthy and safe! This was one of my last orders when we were being told to close and "shelter in place". A client wanted his car trunk filled with flowers and a big heart filled with red roses.He wanted to surprise his girlfriend, have her open the car trunk and propose! Romantic surprise!!! ❤

Roses, roses, and more roses were used in all designs for Valentine's Day! I enjoy having the freedom to create unusual designs, but the classics are always popular. This design has been popular lately. Flowers in a vase are easier to recut and take care of...but I must admit, roses in a heart shaped box look so pretty!

For us Valentine's Day is all about working fast and rushing! We had to get the flowers out to everyone's sweet hearts! I appreciate designs that are different, so I quickly took a photo of this one. This was one of my Valentine's... actually, all the flowers felt like my Valentine's. They were designed with love and sent out to give love to others!

It happened again. I received an order for a person that was dying. These types of orders are an honor to fill because the arrangement I create will be the last flowers the person sees. In this case, the person who placed the order said she wanted an "English Garden" loose design with pink roses. I selected a basket made from twigs and used the pink roses that God had given me for the design. When I finished, I thought...I must deliver this myself and give this dying woman love. When I delivered it, she said "it's beautiful, did you make it?." I looked at her, smiled and said "yes, I made it just for you." I thank the people who allow me to take part in these very special moments. It was an honor.
