On the menu:
Whole hog. Smoked pork belly. Smoked pulled beef.

Barbecue baked beans. Hash and rice. Pink-eyed peas. Collard greens.
This is soul food, rooted in land and love.

We’ll also have our frozen meat cuts and sausages available for sale.

This past weekend, Peculiar Pig Eats delivered four unique catering experiences across the Lowcountry and beyond from backyard celebrations to private estate gatherings and corporate events.

Smoked ribs and whole chickens, slow-cooked over hardwood

Southern-style lasagna with golden, bubbling cheese

Fresh tomato, cucumber, and onion salad, made with local produce

A full taco bar featuring guacamole, sour cream, shredded pork, lettuce, cheese, and more
