The other day I was so excited that I broke 4 personal bests at the gym. Well today I broke 9 during my leg workout. As my boy Marcus Gates and Thriving Lives Fitness always says “ consistency is key”well he was right. I didn’t want to go to the gym tonight, I was tired and not in a good mood. I dragged my ass to the gym and worked my ass off and now I feel like a million bucks. If you need that extra push reach out to Marcus and tell him I sent you. You won’t regret it!
