🎄Christmas Bulk Sale!🎄

☎️ To place orders, please call 478-955-4703! No orders will be taken over Facebook, Messenger, or text! Your $50 NON REFUNDABLE deposit can be paid over the phone at the time of ordering.

💥 One big change this year is that our pickup will be on Monday, December 23rd, not on Christmas Eve! Location will be Lowe Toyota from 4-5pm!

All orders will be cold, unless specified otherwise when placing your order. Orders will be wrapped in aluminum foil and placed in an aluminum pan. Reheating instructions will be given out at pickup.

Menu:

🔥 Smoked Prime Rib - tied, injected, seasoned, and smoked to medium rare. Reheating allows for maintaining medium rare temperature or moving up in temperature to medium +. Served with house made creamy horseradish sauce. 7-8 lb average - $250.

🔥 Whole Beef Brisket - 7-8 lb average - $27 per lb.

🔥 Whole Boston Butts - 5 lb average yield - $45. Paid in full at ordering.

💥 Food Truck Setups & Announcements!! 💥

This week we will have our final 2 food truck setups for 2024!

We haven't updated y'all in a little while, so here we go!

Though our plans are not set in stone, we plan to close the food truck from 12/15/24 - 01/20/25. Our current plans for 2025 are to run the food truck from the end of January through June. We do plan to close the truck for summer during July and August, then resume in September and most likely continue into mid November. We have retained several of our normal locations for next year, as well as added a couple of new ones that we will be giving a shot. No decisions have been made about the volume or frequency of setups next year at this time.

Catering! We do still have a VERY limited amount of space available on the calendar for this December. If you have any orders that you're interested in inquiring about, you're a little late, but if possible, we'd love to fit you in, so give us a call! We will close catering from 12/28/24 - 01/20/25 to rest and reset for the upcoming year.

Christmas Bulk Sale! We will open orders on Thursday, 12/12. We know we are a little late, in truth, we've simply been maxed out on catering and haven't had the chance to launch it just yet. More details will follow on Thursday, but our menu will be Brisket, Butts, and Prime Rib.

This is the point of the year that we are exhausted, but blessed. The final quarter, especially the month of December, is our busiest time. This year has had some turbulence, but you've stuck it out with us, and we're very grateful for that! Thank you for your continued support! God Bless!

We've had quite a few requests for us to do Rib Tips. While we're not saying yes, it may not be fair for us to keep these from y'all forever. They're straight 🔥! We'll leave it as a maybe for the time being, be on the look out for a special in the future.

This is cool! Our friends at Panaprint Inc. made us this pin board a year or so back for us to track all of the locations that we've catered or run the food truck in. Obviously, this map won't be able to track the hundreds of caterings that we've done in these locations, but it's awesome to see how big our footprint is. We've now hit 40 different cities spread all across the state! We think that's pretty dang good for a 3 person crew! Thank you for your support that has made this possible!

We're at 75% capacity on Brisket and 60% on Turkeys. Please don't hesitate to get those orders in! We had to turn away about 20 orders last year once we reached capacity, we don't want to have to disappoint anyone!
