Hi, everyone! This is Lauren, Jason's wife. I wanted to post real quick to thank you all for the support and choosing Root 76 Cuisine. Choosing to close for breakfast was a hard decision that Jason and I had talked about for a while. It's a one man show in the mornings with Jason waking up at 5:00 a.m. to serve breakfast and working until sometimes 8:00 p.m. for an event, if not later.

While Jason has thoroughly enjoyed serving everyone breakfast, and we definitely appreciate everyone who has tried out the menu, he's been serving breakfast for two years, and with the minimal number of orders, we felt that Jason's rest, good health, and family and work life balance needed to be a priority.

We will continue to serve an amazing lunch menu Monday through Friday, so be on the look out for some daily specials! We do cater breakfast, so if you do need a quick fix of the breakfast burritos or bowls, message us! A minimum order will be required.

Again, we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for supporting our small business! I know for a fact that we will have some fantastic specials on deck this week including a roast beef meal, so be on the look out!

We only had the opportunity to serve our burger of the week for 3 out of 7 days because we are closed on Saturday and Sundays and the hurricane shut the city down during the peak of the program.

Please stop in today, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday for the ancho onion ring burger! We will be at MERC on Wednesday and not on site.

Thank you for your support and generosity! Though we we only available to participate for three days, you guys rocked it and we had the best lunch services ever! Thank you.
