📌Age Restriction Reminder:

Guests who are under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible individual 18 years of age or older.

Guests 13 years of age or younger will no longer be allowed to be “dropped off” at the Complex.

Guests aged 14 to 17 who enter the Complex without an adult (18 years of age or older) will be considered “drop offs”. All “drop offs” are required to load $20 onto a Rigby’s card on the day of their visit and check in at the front desk to obtain a “drop off” wristband.

Management reserves the right to ask for proof of age. If proof of age or grade in the form of photo ID such as a student ID, driver’s permit, license, or etc. If acceptable proof of age can’t be produced, guests may be asked to leave the complex or call for a pickup.

‼️ATTENTION RIGBYS ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX PARENTS ‼️

Effective this Friday and Saturday, August 23rd and 24th, Rigbys Entertainment Complex will no longer permit drop-offs of children aged 10, 11, 12, 13, or 14 without a guardian present (18+).

This decision comes in response to an 11-year high in complaints regarding this age group. We apologize to any families who have had negative experiences due to disrespectful children.

In the past week alone, we have received four such complaints.

Our goal in establishing Rigbys Entertainment Complex was to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for families. However, it has become clear that this is no longer the case. We are taking steps to rectify the situation and return to our original values.

Congratulations to one of our own!!
If you've ever come to Rigby's first thing you may have seen her gliding around the skate floor. Since 2014!! The practice has paid off as Jackie participated in the American Roller Sports American Championship Artistic Skating in her Division and won 1st Place! Jackie & Rusty also came in 2nd in the Team Skating. If you see either of them, stop and say congratulations.

Reminder: Use Your Buddy Pass!

Each Purchase of a Season Pass comes with a 2024 Buddy Pass as well! This is a one-time use pass to Rigby’s Water World that can be used for a guest. The passes will soon expire as we move into weekends only in August.

Use your pass before you lose it! There’s still time in July to come visit us on the Weekdays Monday-Thursday!

Buddy Passes will not roll over to 2025 and do not apply to weekends, holidays, or special events. The only special event exception to use a Buddy Pass is for the Season Pass Party on Thursday, July 18th from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM.
