Help us decide on a cake theme!

DID YOU KNOW?
In addition to being the Chef at Alia's Catering, Alia also volunteers her time to co-present on youth employment with the MDRC all over the state of MI.
And she leads a youth team that is creating a Therapeutic Community Garden in Centerline, MI for the community.

This special young adult gives back to her community and encourages local youth to give of themselves to others as well.

Her birthday is coming up in April and we want to make a special birthday cake...but we need ideas! Tell us what you think the theme should be for this special young lady turning 21?!

Presenting our Judges Choice Award winning chili!

Made with slow roasted pulled pork & beef brisket, our camp chili has a base of dark beer and coffee with a kick at the end from our homegrown Chilies.

**Also pictures our 2 kitchen helpers Zander & Letta (who presented our offering at the Knights of Columbus Chili cook off today).

We won last year with our White Chicken chili, tomorrow we will present a Coffee Beer Chili for the win!

Greetings Greater Detroit. After years of catering for friends and local events we have decided to open as an official business. We are a family-owned and operated business.
Our business name is inspired by our wonderful daughter who is working on completing her degree in Culinary Arts and plans to take over as Chef one day.
For now we are open to our local community for parties and small events. We specialize in food trays making it easy and affordable to feed 10-150 hungry people.
