I prefer to rub the ribs, grill them for 2 minutes and then braise them. Some like all smoked- Nothing wrong with either way. The flavor comes from the rub and or smoke.

The setting was spectacular at a family home on Michaum Point in South Dartmouth. Because of a Transportation problem the bride was an hour late for the ceremony. Luckily, her dad is a musician. He and his friends played for the guests and we opened the bar early. It was perfect.

It was 40 Love yesterday in Westerly at the Pond View Racket Club as Sage Stanley and Mike Cuqua exchanged vows at her family's lovely racket club!
