Christmas on the Farm Vendor Update - We have 2 shared spaces available, possibly spaces for single tables. If I don't have the registration form and payment, your space is not saved. We have one full space pending, if it falls through it will be available as well. If i have many more vendors interested, we can open up our smaller rental space for vendors to setup in. As much as we love seeing everyone, please pay attention to the hours and dates we are open. Coming to the Event Center and running around our building when we are closed is a liability issue and is trespassing. Please be mindfull we all have families outside of our events. Thank you!

Christmas on the Farm is Coming December 17th!

Now taking registrations for vendors. We will try to keep it to one of each "product" (think Scentsy, Pampered Chef).

Full space - $40
Half shared space - $20
Single Table - $15

Vendor spaces are on a first come first serve basis, and I must have a registration form and payment in order to reserve your space. All payments for spacing is non-refundable.

Accepting bookings for 2023 now! We have lots of open dates to book your events.
Located near Warrensburg, MO in a scenic rural setting.

25% Deposit due at time of contract signing, then make payments leading up to your date. We provide tables and chairs, linens available for an additional fee. Don't feel like cleaning up, pay the cleaning fee and we'll take care of it for you.

We are beginning to take registration for vendors for the Festival of Freaks Carnival. Please try to keep with the feel of the atmosphere, but not all items need to be Halloween. The event is open on the 21, 22, 28, 29, and Halloween is open for sales only. Please message us for more information.

We already have a food vendor, as well as Magnolia and Moonshine Designs (custom tumblers).

We will begin taking registration for Christmas on the Farm soon as well.

We still have some openings during the summer and early fall!

Event Center Includes:
The large space to hold your event, bridal suite, grooms suite, a gorgeous bar (that is an absolute must see!), a full working kitchen, 2 restrooms, tables and chairs, and an outside courtyard with a firepit. Oh and did I mention, it has a jail, amazing photo op!!

Smaller Rental Space Includes:
A small room with a children's play area (toys are coming soon), one restroom, tables and chairs, an outside porch area, and a small refrigerator for your use.

We also keep a few decor items on hand for borrowing, and table linens to rent (limited colors), we have 4 genuine whiskey barrels, as well as fog machines and projectors.

Many packages available, and budget friendly. Contact us today to book a tour and save your date while they are still open!

Yesterday it was brought to our attention of a post advertising an event taking place at Twin Oaks on May 21st and 22nd. They were looking for vendors. This event is a scam, only looking to take your money.

The only event planned for that weekend is our Flock Party on the 21st. If interested in selling at that event, please let me know.

October 21, 22, 28, 29, and 31st - Festival of Freaks teaming up with Freaks Fair Haunted Attraction (The carnival will not be running games on the 31st, we do plan on having a trunk or treat passing out candy, building will be open.)
December 3rd - Masquerade Ball (Details announced at a later date)
December 17th - Christmas on the Farm, featuring Santa and Mrs. Claus, The Grinch, and Sally the Unicorn (Details announced at a laer date)

We will be hosting "flock parties" this year. We will welcome family friendly sales vendors, and small animal sales. All animals must be in appropriate cages with food and water (water available on site). Due to the Department of Ag regulations, no waterfowl will be allowed until further notice. Inside vendor spacing pricing options available, please message for details and to reserve a space (any animals sold indoors must be in a cage with a solid bottom, and cleaned up after). All outside vendor spacing is free of charge. The 2022 dates listed below are subject to change. More dates may be added at a later time. Please share and spread the word!

Due to a change for the BurgPride location, we now have an opening on June 4th! We also still have other dates available.

Planning an event and want your furry friends included? We are pet friendly! We would love to meet your furry friends, and encourage them to be included!

Of course, we do ask that they are kept leashed in outdoor spaces and not allowed to roam or chase the farm animals. If they make a mess, you are required to clean it up.
