Alright ! If you requested a vendor application, you should have received it, but we have a few emails coming back as undeliverable so I'm going to drop the link in the comments of this post, but I'm also going to need you to send the page a message so we can get you the vendor info packet. If you're interested in being a vendor, but didn't fill out the interest form, same deal- fill out the application and send us a message so we can get you that vendor packet because there are terms there that you need to read.

Setting the record straight about our event

We love our homesteading community. We also value clarity. The Mid-MO Homestead Expo is organized by Anne, Melissa, and our husbands. That is the whole organizing team. We are not, and have never been, associated with Homesteading in Missouri or any other event in the state.

In the early planning days we spoke with someone from another event. The conversation was brief and limited to a few names to contact. Since then, claims have circulated that our event was started or run by others. That is not accurate. We handle the planning, budgeting, booking, logistics, communications, and everything in between. Our small volunteer crew helps in specific areas, especially the seed swap. We are grateful for them, our vendors, our speakers, and our attendees. We could not do this without you.

Vendors — 2026 interest list now; applications open Oct 1

If the form gives you grief on the photo step, just type “will email photos” and hit submit. No need to wrestle with it.

We’re asking everyone who’s interested to fill out this interest form.
Why? It keeps us from chasing messages across five apps and three coffee shops 😉.

Timeline & how selection works

Applications go live Oct 1. Folks on the email list (from this form) will see them first.

Not first-come, first-served. We’re curating for the best mix and quality, so take your time and show us your best. We limit our like vendors to two per type unless there's a very definite difference in what you offer compared to similar vendors in order to give our guests the best shopping experience and our vendors the best selling experience.
