We don't have to tell you that the economy is tough and grocery bills are high. We appreciate that every dollar you spend with us is a dollar that you are choosing to not spend elsewhere. Which is why we're pivoting to continue to provide you with affordable options!

You'll notice two things on our new food truck menu: 1. a 5% discount for using cash and 2. the addition of beef burgers. Don't panic- BISON ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE- but the default meat will be beef with the option to upgrade your burger to bison. This allows us to continue to offer the same high-quality, delicious smash burgers at a reasonable price that keeps more money in your wallet and us in business serving you.

Thank you for pivoting with us. Being able to alter course in our small business is why the food truck even exists and we have felt so supported in this journey. We appreciate our herd so much and we hope to see you soon at the truck!

THANK YOU for joining us today! Veterans Day is our favorite day of the year because we’re beyond grateful for the freedom our service men and women have won for us. Their constant sacrifice allows us to live our American dream, and for that we will never be able to say “thank you” enough. Special thanks to US Foods for donating some bison meat for our veteran meals, David Evans Music for coming all the way from Nashville to play and sing for our guests, and to Matt Fawcett for filling in last minute and singing in the wind and cold.
