Shawn has worn many hats over the years in the restaurant industry from fast food to fine dining and the casual dining options in between. He now focuses his energy on his business and brand with Shawnanigans. He has a passion for making fresh, delicious food while staying focused on providing allergen friendly options. Carrie is Shawnanigans' Hospitality Coordinator, focusing on developing the brand, managing social media, and curating customer experience.

WOW September already? Sounds like food-truck season to us!

The food truck will be downtown Warsaw on Mondays 11-2pm parked next to the clocktower park across from Lake City Bank. Please keep in mind that exact placement downtown is dependent on parking.

You'll also find the truck every Tuesday 11-2pm on Grace College campus parked next to McClain. This setup is open to the public; please be courteous to Grace and their students while on their campus. We're thrilled that they've welcomed the herd!

Don't forget that brunch continues on Saturday mornings 8-1pm at The Farmers Market at Winona!

It’s hot out! But we simply couldn’t miss our first lunch setup at Grace College!!

Due to the extreme heat, we’re going to run as little equipment as we can today. So it’s an all-burger menu!

We’ll be closing up at 1pm to avoid the heat of the day.

Tomorrow is our first lunch at Grace College!

We’ll be testing the flex system in the truck tomorrow so that we can take flex payments while on campus. *stay tuned*

This setup is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC so while we’re parking close for Grace students, faculty and staff and Jefferson elementary employees, there’s also easy access and parking for everyone else. For those unfamiliar with campus, from the Winona roundabout, go through the 4-way stop and turn left at the big “Grace College” words. Follow the lane to the first parking lot; you’ll see the truck pretty quickly.

August is going to be a little bit of a transition month for us. We're excited that starting in September, you'll find the truck out three days a week!

So hold on if you need your bison burger fix and can't make it to our public setups in August. Next month you'll have a lot of opportunities!

August has our last summer setup at Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts and our first regular setup on Grace College campus. You'll also find us at Tippy Creek Winery a few times and at one of our favorite festivals: Heirloom Tomato in Pierceton!

Please note: Swig Society $1 scoop day has been moved to the last Thursday of the month starting in August.
