Echo In The Mountains Music 2012 ended my run for Echo In The Mountains as a festival.

Soon after a short hiatus I was asked to help with Heritage Festival at Frozen Head State Park continuing to do what I did with Echo. Heritage Festival is in the first week of October now and in I think it’s 37th or 38th year. Still free to the public we try to bring a relaxing atmosphere of music, wilderness and fun.

It’s been a while since I have posted here. This being a music-mountain site I have been busy and just haven’t looked in. Covid put the skids on a lot of festivals and playing music last year but helped me in my never ending search for retirement. It showed me I don’t have to do sound but that I want to do it and can say no when I need to. Though I picked up the pace a little more this year I feel the need to put in place what I have said for the last 6 years. Retire. I’ll give it another try after this year😉
