Shout it out!!! “The Long Johns are coming. The Long Johns are coming” Both REAL cream and Buttercream filled (with jelly donut filling underneath the cream) MY favorite and my friend Sue lol
And “Birdsnests” My absolute favorite. Even though I hated making them when I was 15. 😂😂Every Saturday morning with Lorraine and Janet at Levesque Bakery. Hundreds and hundreds for all the party pastry orders 🙄🤪

Breakfast set up and ready to go at 5:15 this morning! What a beautiful place to be so early in the morning. This company was setting up for a wedding today in In all my years of doing events. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a set up crew this size. At LEAST 30 staff. And from the looks of the inside of Belle Mer this wedding is going to be sensational….Wow!!

After a WHIRLWIND weekend with events and cakes. I asked myself…how the hell did you make 2 and 3 wedding cakes every single weekend. And a slew of other cakes and pastries. Supplyingn restaurants with their desserts 🤪 (20 years ago) This weekend kicked my old ass!!🤪😂 BUT!! After all the coordinating. Last nights “Celebration of Life” was a huge success! Amazing. Perfection. incredibly easy to work with. HUGE thanks to all that helped out. Mom, Cuss, Mary, Kristene, Sue, Jenn and Tina!! Everyone did a fabulous job making this happen. Truly grateful.
