Infinity on Wheels is on Main Street in Waseca for Zinnia’s Anniversary. We have wraps, salads, smoked chicken sandwiches, cold drinks-flavored cold brew, lemonades and tea. Come enjoy!!

Change of plans. Instead of setting up at the Songs in the Park (postponed due to weather), we are going to set up at the main intersection in Janesville. We will have covered seating under the carport. We will be open 4-7 tonight. Come enjoy smoked pulled chicken sandwich or hoagie.

We are excited to introduce our new food trailer - Infinity on Wheels - tomorrow evening at the Songs in the Park (featuring GTX) in Janesville.

We will be serving hot pulled smoked chicken sandwiches or chicken hoagies w/cheese, peppers and onions. We will also have bacon chicken ranch wraps available along with beverages, chips, assorted cookies.

Don't forget we will have a full bar set up as well.

On Thursday, December 14th, Infinity Shuttle will be going through the Kiwanis Lights in Mankato. Meet at Trinity Lutheran Church, Janesville by 5:00pm. Everyone is welcome (to the first 34 who sign up) to ride along. You can order a box lunch (turkey or ham sandwich, chips, cookie, bottle of water) for $10. Bus is free-will donation. Food shelf donations are encouraged to hand to the volunteers.

To sign up, contact Donita at Trinity Lutheran Church at 507-231-5189 to sign up.

The bus does have a wheelchair lift and one more spot available to lock in a wheelchair.

We were recently added to the preferred catering list at the Capitol Room in St.Peter. We set up a booth at their Open House this afternoon. It's official!!! As of September 1, I got the green light. I have already had a few events under the name of "Infinity Catering, LLC". I have been doing this for a few years but have finally made it official. If you need or know of someone that needs help with their next event, please let me know. I would love to help you/them out!
